01 / Problem
Peak load is brutal and human: a line of parents, a volunteer who trained for ten minutes, and a printer that has opinions. Every extra tap is a longer line.
02 / What I did
I own the front-end of the station experience. I prototype flows in the real codebase, pair with design on interaction details, and ship the motion, states and edge cases that make a kiosk feel calm under pressure.
03 / Outcome
Fewer taps per check-in, clearer error states when hardware misbehaves, and a station UI that volunteers can run with no training. Numbers to fill in with the team.
